Introducing Acurum Group – a new Nordic group for property well-being services

Today, on May 27, 2025, Acurum Group – a Nordic provider of property well-being services – is officially launched. Acurum offers testing, inspection and certification (TIC), as well as maintenance and incident management related to indoor air quality, moisture and piping. The group was formed in autumn 2024 through the combination of 15 companies in Sweden and Norway and has since expanded to 19 companies, with continued growth expected. Together, the group employs approximately 600 people and has an annual turnover of around 900 million SEK. Peter Feledy was appointed CEO in January 2025.

Every day, new needs arise in properties that require attention – from preventive ventilation inspections and chimney renovations, through camera inspections, flushing and pipe relining, to advanced analysis, remediation and repair of moisture-related damage. Instead of being organised according to traditional industry lines, Acurum is a group of companies based on these specific customer needs. In practice, this means that the companies in the group continue to operate under their own brands but grow through joint initiatives, shared expertise, and centralised support resources. “With Acurum, we aim to create an environment where entrepreneur-led companies are given the opportunity to develop their business offering, while also benefiting from the many advantages of working together. By starting from customer needs and uniting specialists with overlapping expertise, we can simplify and add more value for our customer groups. We strongly believe in decision-making close to the customer, local presence and relevant collaboration,” says Peter Feledy, CEO of Acurum Group.

Peter Feledy most recently held the position as COO at Prosero Security Group and has previously held senior roles at AniCura and Menigo Foodservice.

A group built around property needs

Acurum operates within carefully selected service areas where property needs are recurring, critical or arise during emergencies. These include inspection, maintenance and damage control – all aimed at maintaining and improving the standard of properties. Customers include properties owned or managed by housing cooperatives, private and public property owners, as well as insurance companies and other stakeholders in the property services ecosystem.

Acquisitions are a key part of the strategy

Acurum began operations in 2024 through several companies coming together. Continued acquisition of selected high-quality companies remains a core strategy going forward, with more acquisitions expected to be finalised before the summer. “We are building a group of successful winners – entrepreneurs who see opportunities and act on them. We look forward to continuing to grow Acurum with new companies that can develop within a framework where local remains local, and where action, collaboration and customer value are at the core,” says Peter Feledy, CEO of Acurum Group.
