Acurum Group has acquired Norover, a pipe service company based in Bodø, Norway. Norover generates approximately SEK 50 million in annual revenue and has about 16 full-time employees. Through this acquisition, Acurum Group takes an important step in establishing itself in Northern Norway and strengthening its offering in pipe services.
Norover has a strong presence in the region and offers a range of technical services related to pipes and sewage systems, including pipe clearing, relining, vacuum suction, high-pressure cleaning, and pipe camera inspections. The company works with clients in insurance, the public sector, construction, damage handling, and housing associations.
“We look forward to continuing to develop our business as part of Acurum Group. With a strong owner behind us, we have better opportunities to grow – while maintaining our local presence and close relationships with customers,” says Bjørn-Terje Svenning, CEO of Norover.
Acurum Group consists of several companies that provide services in air quality, moisture management, and pipe maintenance, and has been operating since 2024. The group currently includes 15 companies in Sweden and Norway, with a total of over 500 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 800 million.. Each company operates under its own brand but grows through joint initiatives, collaboration, and shared expertise within the group.
“By welcoming Norover into the group, we further broaden our service offering and strengthen our ability to create value for our customers. We look forward to learning from each other and growing together,” says Peter Feledy, CEO of Acurum Group.
