Today, on 25 September 2025, Acurum Group – a Nordic group of specialist companies providing property well-being services – announces its entry into Denmark. The entry is carried out together with four acquired companies – Renovo, Sydkystens Brolægning & Kloak, Pro Skadeservice and ØSTERGAARD Bygge & Indeklimateknik – providing a strong foundation built on local expertise and customer focus. Søren Friis has been appointed Managing Director in Denmark and brings extensive experience from M&A and Nordic growth journeys.
Acurum is a fast-growing Nordic group built around recurring property needs such as testing, inspection and certification (TIC), as well as maintenance and incident management related to indoor air quality, moisture and piping. The group unites entrepreneur-led companies with strong local positions, creating new opportunities through collaboration while remaining close to customers, which include property owners, housing associations, insurance companies and municipalities.
The entry into Denmark is a natural continuation of Acurum’s strategy, building on the group’s established presence in Sweden, Finland and Norway and further strengthening its Nordic platform and customer offering. With this move, Acurum brings together even more local entrepreneurs to support customers with recurring property needs.
A strong start with four acquisitions
Acurum enters Denmark together with the acquired companies Renovo, Sydkystens Brolægning & Kloak, Pro Skadeservice and ØSTERGAARD Bygge & Indeklimateknik. The four companies contribute recognised expertise in damage restoration, building consultancy and moisture analysis, sewer services and environmental remediation. With their entrepreneurial mindset, local presence and strong customer relationships, they form a solid foundation for the group’s Danish operations.
Søren Friis appointed Managing Director in Denmark
Søren Friis has been appointed Managing Director in Denmark. He brings extensive experience in M&A and growth journeys, including leadership roles in EQT-owned companies and several years at Boston Consulting Group, with focus on strategy and corporate development.
